In the gym, I see fitness come in with different aspects. I see people training for cross fit, triathlon, bodybuilding, sports, strength & conditioning, parkour and MMA. My passion is always about fitness, so I tried to do it all and I thought I could but end of the day, you just have to choose which is your best, because you ain’t Superman.
In the gym you must always remember that motivation that pushes you through every rep, the inspiration that inspired you to start and the drive within you that drive you.
You might not be the best, but can you define best? The only best is when we can defeat the one within ourselves, the sense of satisfaction and not being somewhere and get judge by someone who don’t even know how much hard work you had put in with people with so much drugs work.
End of the day, be who you are, train hard, watch your diet, reach your personal fitness goal and be happy with your life.
